Vergo broke Smoker's jitte and Sanji's leg, both being the main strength of them.
Both got lol diffed by casual Doffy.
Both also used to be strong pre TS, then harsh life of New World came and they became punching bag and hype tool.
I would say Smoker will get better days later though.
He will get power up under first rate scientist Vegapunk, while Sanji got the power up from his merely bronze medallist daddy.
Sanji threw Vergo to the wall twice making him bleed from his mouth and nose, Vergo couldn't land even one hit on Sanji, and Vergo ran away like a bitch after Sanji was able to keep fighting on equal ground with him after Sanji's leg's bone was cracked just a bit, which was irrelevant considering how much he could run and save marines from the poison gas by kicking one by one the ones who were too slow to escape from the poison gas, right after his fight with Vergo. And there's also the fact that Sanji's body had been relevantly weakened because of how much damage Nami had taken while she was in Sanji's body, which you're conveniently turning a blind eye to.
You also forgot to mention how Luffy lost to Caesar Clown the first time they fought, and Caesar was admittedly weaker than Vergo. So if you think Sanji looked bad in Punk Hazard, then Luffy looked by far much worse.
And the ones who got "lol diffed" by Doffy were Trafalgar Law and Luffy the first time they faced Doflamingo, and not Sanji, whose fight with Doflamingo was interrupted, when Sanji was about to receive a heat based attack, and Sanji didn't even know how Doflamingo's ability worked, unlike Law, so the situation in the fight would certainly have changed the moment Sanji found out about how Doflamingo was using strings.
Not to mention how Zoro couldn't even cut Doflamingo's bird cage. So Zoro was technically 'bird cage diffed' by Doffy.
Why don't you be honest and also show the page in which Doflamingo is making an ugly face as he notices how badly he underestimated Sanji's durability thinking that he had beaten Sanji with that attack, then to let out a sound of agony while receiving Sanji's kicks in a defensive position?
Sanji was strong before the time-skip, and is still strong after the time-skip; A lot stronger than Zoro (the delicate doll whose whole body was broken just by some air pressure and had to be carried around by Sanji). You just can't see it because you're biased;
I bet you probably even skipped the chapter in which Sanji overwhelmed Queen with Ifrit Jambe sending him flying to far away in the sky, not to mention the scene in which Sanji casually simulates what Big Mom did spinning Queen's brachiosaurus head with a simple kick while also hitting Perospero in the process, while carrying embalmed Zoro, because if you end up reading those chapters properly it will destroy your delicate headcanon that you've already defended for too long.
