Jokes on you I was anime only until Lano so i have better comprehension than the likes of you since I actually saw, heard, and felt the story with vibrant color, sounds, and emotion

Robin can take Lami’s job easy. Same with Jimbei. Any smart member can navigate the ship actually but Jimbei is the most qualified

Luffy is first-mate and Nami is captain. This was even confirmed in the databook. Nami inner captain on the ship.
As far as usefulness, they are all useful, except for Lobin, which has one function for 5 minutes at the end of the manga.
