If I explain it that will be to much righting and it seems like your a zorotard if you watch one piece and not 2 piece you'll know so I'll leave this link to king of lighting video on dat he explain it best.
I usually try to not comment too much on my own threads but are you seriously going to link us a king of lightening video unironically

Ch 52: Viz Sanji's to Zoro after being Defeated: "It's easy, Abandon your stupid dream"

That should paint a very clear picture, I read one piece and can see the proof in the pudding

You... obviously living up to your profile name, have no idea what you're talking about, but hey I guess that's why you chose that profile name...

Why did Zoro say to abandon Robin to Sanji, even though he had a chance of saving her ?

What does that have to do with personal ambition? My comment is solely on that. Ill gladly answer yours', if the manga panel you replied to Seth is what you are referring to, that is not personal ambition, that's Zoro believing Sanji is not strong enough to take them on by himself so he asked him to wait if you are referring to a different panel post it and i will gladly answer your question

What Zoro did is a hypocrital response to what Sanji wanted to do. Zoro told Sanji to abandon Robin, which is worse than telling someone to abandon their ambition, since Nakama > ambition. Zoro said this, even though he himself would never do that. He did that because he feared for Sanji's life. Similarly Sanji told Zoro to abandon his ambition because he feared for his life to, whilst he himself would die for his own dream, as we saw in his flashback.

You need to understand the SH's are hypocrites. Usopp praying for Nami to go along with what Ulti says, yet he himself would never do that.

But that has nothing to do with personal ambition and will, that's just you inserting your own assertion and calling it Sanji's personal ambition. Sanji was not in a life or death situation at that point in time, nor does it have anything to do with Sanji's dream.

The panel you brought up in reply to seth does not say that, it tells Sanji to wait for him because he doesnt believe he is strong enough to win. At that point in time Sanji's life is not hanging in the balance.

When Zoro lost to Mihawk at that point in time he choose to die than to be defeated but Mihawk in the end did spare him.
