Ichiji was shown as the most angry brother though. He usually gave commanda to Niji and Yonji to “beat like this, beat like that” but once he was irritated, he displayed vulgar tendency towards brutality, a bit more than other brothers.

Generally in One Piece older brothers are portrayed as stronger. But Based on whats been shown theres no reason to believe ichiji is stronger honestly. Ichiji was protected until the katakuri exchange, and then he managed to hit oven with a named attack but Oven wasnt taken out. Ichiji definitely has the most interesting abilities out of sanjis brothers. A lot of potential with those light abilities.

I feel like Ichiji in the end will get huge power up, case if Sanji will accept his name, the New King of Germa will be his crucial opponent at the very end of the series. I don't see Ichiji just accept Sanji without final fight.
