and?
Tama showed-up in the middle of that war and had a bunch of interaction with Nami and Ussop, strawhats she never interacted before.
Not only interactions but strong character moments, too many to count. An underrated one is this one where she motivates Ussop to be brave:
So your argument doesn't make any sense on top of not explaining why she was paired with Momo all the time. (Including motivating Momo as one of her strongest moments)

My argument is this
"It is also canon that Oda make Yamato says she will join every so often but suddenly didn't include her."
These things did happen in the manga. It's there in that pic. "I will sail", "I'm going out to the sea", etc.
Where is the part that it doesn't make sense? The manga panels literally said those exactly...

And why we include Tama? If you're trying to make a new nakama argument, sure, I can discuss this, if OP allows it.
My comment earlier is about the main post, where the topic is about Oda changing his mind. I use Yamato because it's the most recent one & also about 10th nakama.
I can use Tama and Carrot too, but there are only a few panels of them wanting to set sail/journey but Oda didn't follow through. Compared to Yamato who has more panels that Oda didn't follow through.
If I were to use them as examples, it's not as strong as Yamato's, regardless of what you want or what you think will join.
