His personality had a drastic change. He doesn't strike as the mysterious man he once was, his showings post ts have him potrayed more like an angry man spouting off irrelevant nonsense at times

Orochimaru needed more depth beyond wanting to learn everything, and his constant losing to the Uchiha diminishes his prestige as a Sannin. His hobby is learning S—Rank ninjitsu but doesn’t apply any of that to any scenario besides Edo Tensei and his 8 Branches jutsu. He’s memorable in Part 1 but once Shippuden hits he just becomes a joke.

Zoro should be more level headed person and scold Luffy sometimes or just push him to be more serious especially when they are fighting two Yonko.

Reminds me of Punk Hazard where he actually scolded him but now they are being back to idiots again.
For my part: Sanji being more and more of a pervert since timeskip. I saw a video recently about this issue and it started after Thriller Bark already, that his love-idiot moves got more and more replaced by being simply a pervert. That's the only fucking reason why I like him less.
