Not too unlikely, I thoight that Rej v Noctis wasn't TvT, and a lot of people are sussing them.
And with Rej flipping town makes it more thinkable Noctis might be scum.
He's not really been doing much other than fixating on Rej.
I personally thought he wasn't too crazy about Rej, but with him flipping town, either Noctis was completely wrong, or he made a believeable enough case to get people to sus Rej.
I'd say he's a candidate for pressure for sure

I don't think Noctis made a believable case, though. Most of his read on Rej came from meta and personal knowledge. So it could be seen as tunneling for minimal reason as well.
There was also the whole suggestion with Nana and how to deal with her. I'm not sure how you consider that in light of Nana's lynch cause his suggestions were based on Nana's lie.
