Nice question. Novas is capable of everything, he made Emma mafia last weeb game, but he also knows alot about the character and read the TPN manga.

I assume he would use the fandom/wiki for most roles and there is only highly positive or comedic stuff to imply into the role, so it is more difficult to forge a scum role for her imho.

If I were to make a setup with Hololive as flavour I would make her personally an indie, but I doubt novas will have that in depth character knowledge.

For me personally. If we really get streams in future, then it might be town. We have here our possible town communicator. Just a wild speculation.
