Do you realize how little to no sense it makes for the Red Hair pirates to start attacking the Kid pirates, and then have Shanks say you can leave your rubbings and go peacefully, or risk fighting me?

Why would they do that without the Captains permission? Since when does fodder underlings have the authority to potentially start a war on the Captains behalf?

I can see the commanders being able to make a call like that, but the newbies? Highly doubt it.

not a coincidence he waited till kaido croaked till he came to wano and realized he cared about momo and hiyori
not a coincidence he realized he needed those three poneglyph copies after they croaked.
its quite clear kaido and big mom kept him in his place and for that I think his moves now are a bit pathetic in contrast to the kind of character I once thought he was.
