Shanks crew only started to move when shanks gave the single. Matter fact they haven't even touch Kidd or even fire back.

That's why shanks is sending a messenger first

Why didn't he said "He started attacking us?" or "He begin to attack us?". Just same thing. Headcannon of yours. I'm not saying that Shanks started I'm just saying that we don't know.

Again that's after shanks said the go signal.
What I meant they didn't attack first and only attacked when shanks went out and shi.

So Shanks has telepathy like Luffy because I don't seen anyone grabbing a den den mushi and telling then to start fighting back.

They are pirates they will engage on fight if they are being attacked.

That's exactly what he was saying,and the reason why Shanks got up to go fight. And even then, Shanks is giving him the option to not have to fight.

Do you realize how little to no sense it makes for the Red Hair pirates to start attacking the Kid pirates, and then have Shanks say you can leave your rubbings and go peacefully, or risk fighting me?

Shanks is the one willing to let this go without a fight. That wouldn't make any sense, if they were the initial instigators. "I know we are attacking you and all, but we still don't have to fight." Dafuq?

It’s not Shanks problem if Kidd doesn’t have much of a crew. When your repeatedly attackjng his crew, he has no reason not to engage with his full force. That’s no reason to think that Shanks will not play fair in an actual fight. He doesn’t have to be concerned about facing Kidd 1v1.
