I would say no, I think Shanks' Haki is stronger because it simply humiliated Green Bull while the giants were caught by Warcury's Haki and nothing happened, unless of course Giants > Green Bull, I wouldn't be surprised by that given the fact of how weak kizaru proved to be here during this arc.
