Law didn’t get stomped in Dressrosa, Smoker did before he could even leave Punk Hazard. While we are on the topic Law > Smoker so don’t have high hopes of Smoker being awakened too, he has to wait another arc or two so Law can become even better

Young Ace had conquerors and he was weaker than Smoker.

Conquerors seems to be one of those things that when put in a hard situation will come out if you have it and we've seen from Zoro Oda isn't afraid to reveal that someone has it then push them up to AdvCoC almost immediately.

Smoker is the best character among Marines and it is time for him to return. Hopefully, this time he has upgraded his firepower a lot, otherwise, that will prevent him from putting ppl down, again.
