I highly HIGHLY DOUBT that even a teenager of 17 years old would be called “little child”

what makes vegapunk’s line even worse is that he says this while comparing it to Franky. He says “How could a a young man like you let this happen to a LITTLE CHILD”

that is wild. He is directly calling Franky a man, and Bonney a Child

Her real age may have stopped at the age when she ate the fruit.

That would mean her physiological age is stuck at like 5, but her chronological age is 22.

This may explain why she eats so much. Kids often don't know when to stop eating (of course eating also has to do with her abilities though).

Vegapunk is like 60 or 70 years, he can call anyone a little child. Besides, we have seen that she is like the age of Luffy. Or what age do you think she is?

Luffy can still stretch while fully submerged in seawater.

All anyone has to do is just look at Bonney's personality to guess she's at the bare minimum around Nami's age. She does not have the personality of a child, and her Devil Fruit does not effect a persons mentality.
