4 of them defo have it (Ulti, P1, Who's Who and Drake) and I'm certain Sasaki's was simply PIS to make his fight against Franky easier for the later. Sasaki having a weak belly is already stupid enough but what's even more stupid than that is him not protecting that weakness with armament. Plot convenience is what fck'd Sasaki, anywho! Maria is the one I'm not sure of mostly since she utilizes brass knuckles.

That said, Vivre Card is likely to confirm that all of them have both CoA and CoO.

Also I think one of the reasons why Haki seems so scarce is coz Oda has chosen to focus mainly on the zoan's abilities this arc.
For instance Dino's have insane durability hax but if they are using haki to defend then it'd require a bit of work to make their natural durability standout.

No because she has 85 children and some of them are useless in a fight. Her deal with having children was in part just having a family made up of all people.

Her personal army was smaller than 30k and so it included more Haki users.

Not understanding this logic. How many are there in Beast Pirates main crew? Not talking about the fodder, BM can match that as well, but really people that actually got a name as lowest threshold to belong to the main crew?
