King, Marco and Katakuri are different from Beckman, Shiryu, Rayleigh, Zoro etc,.
Those trio are younger than their captains and were either adopted or in Kuri's case the natural child of the Yonkou.

Regarding Yonkou crews, its obvious that Zoro, Beckmann, Shiryu are a level above Marco, King and Katakuri.

King deserves even a higher bounty because of his race no one except Kaido and Queen know he is a lunarian (as far as we know) and only Kaido saw his face the WG would give you 100 mil if you know anything about him

Hi everyone, since Marco's bounty reveal, there have been a lot of discussions about other YC's bounties, so I thought to bring back something that Oda REVEALED in SBS back in volume 91. I've already brought this SBS section into the BOUNTY discussions before, but back then people were very sceptical and had a very negative reaction to this, but now we have a lot more information about their bounties, so let's try it again.

King's canon bounty is 1 390 000 000
Highest known bounty for every Pirate who is not a Yonko
And that's when the World Government doesn't know that he is Kaido's right hand man AND a Lunarian survivor
They are going to pay 100 000 000 for just mere infos about a Lunarian, so imagine how King's bounty would skyrocket
So why didnt Zoro and wano group get any increase at all when Luffy's bounty skyrocketed into 1.5 Billion

Oda always goes out of his way to point out when a bounty is related to measuring somebody's strength strength and when it's not he never connects the two. Consider that WB pirates were very dormant during the Great Pirate Era after Shiki & Roger had left the seas, in contrast to the likes of BM & Kaido who raided Islands and even destroyed them. Hence none of the bounties for WB pirate commanders have ever been connected to strength. Even from Kaido's crew, Queen & Jack's bounties were connected to their strength but not King's.
Calamities = more about being dangerous (creatinh chaos, torturing others) than being skilled/ strong
SCs = more about their skills and strengths than being cruel pirates
WBP trio = more about being associated with WB and also fighting wars
RHP trio = earned their own fame...more about their skills/ strengths.
Compare Cracker with Jack hype
Cracker isn't hyped as a maniac when mentioning his bounty, its all about his skills.
Same with Katakuri being hyped more for skills via bounty while King and Queen are hyped for being calamities to society.
In fact BM commanders don't go around destroying nations, they aren't creating mass murder weapons too.
Even Smoothie who juices others wasn't hyped to be insane like calamities.
Clearly Calamities are worth 1B max power wise! Lowest bounty should be 700 M :
For me Commanders real bounties :
1.2-1.5 B : Benn ?
1B : Katakuri 1.057 B, Marco 1.074 B or 1.174 B.
900Ms : King 939 M, Queen 932 M
800 Ms: Cracker 800 M
700Ms :Smoothie 793.2 M, Jack 770 M
Jack and Pero are relative so Jack can't be worth above 800M or 850 M!
Katakuri matched the luffy who got 1.5 B, he has top tier skills and stats and was twice above <500M Luffy> in power and fame as stated & shown when they fought. So yeah Katakuri is worth his bounty 1B+
Queen & King lost easily once Wings powered up... plus they lack awakening or adhaki ...even just amazing haki.
King being lunarian is his whole hype which makes him powerful while Queen is a mad scientist. They don't deserve more than 1.1B if it is power wise , they do deserve 900M-1B overall tho for threat + power.
Marco is pathetic but he still fought many wars and also led WBP so he deserves inbetween 950M-1.1B bounty
Cracker bounty isn't even correctly done coz they don't know his real face + he deserves more than Smoothie who been useless ao Smoothie should have lower.

Queen & Jack had bounties used to hype up their strength, and then King with an overarching generalization of "1 billion+ bounty" had bounty used to hype up his strength. Contrast to Katakuri who was "1 billion bounty man" used to hype up his strength. Where as Marco's bounty is never brought up nor is bounty ever used to gauge his power.
On BM's crew. Cracker & Katakuri had their bounties used to hype up their strength. Smoothie on the other hand did not have any bounty related hype for battle prowess.
The Marines only increase bounty of underlings during a hiatus of where the crew has disappeared or in situations where they aren't sure about the details fully but know the member participated then the captain's bounty comes in to elevate the crew's bounty. However, as primarily shown in the manga throughout the series. Whether it's pre-TS with Luffy's bounty increase having no effect on the crew's or whether it's post-TS where Luffy 1 billion bounty increase had 0 effect on the crew's bounties... Marines assigning bounties due to their captains are very rare.
