Some people think that would make her yc1, orhers yc+, others that it would make her yonko level, it's up to your view of Shiryu's strength and how much stronger he will be then
Coby and Smoker will be minimum pirate king level, because both have an agreement with Luffy to fight at full power, but really at least Coby will be stronger than Roger, either by a bit, or by a lot, it depends on how much the new generation will surpass Roger
Welmeppo and Grus are also the future of the marines so minimum yc+, especially when Tashigi will be possibly yonko level and then train Welmeppo

The chicks are useless as always. Smoker will scream about Koby bringing the dawn to justice or shit like that
But people are gonna make fun of Sword for the design, when they didn't take the gauntlet of Ls of Lmoker.

People say helmeppo is too weak when he got second fastest promotion ratio registered in the navy history, in fact Garp at 22 barely joined and he didn't get promotions as fast as his current pupils.
People expect to see Lmoker getting stronger, but I actually think Oda will write about Helmeppo trying to not be behind Coby now that he got that power up, maybe we will see Helmeppo training harder alongside the legendary Bogard.
Since Enies Lobby, Coby has been routinely showcased doing pro-active things and earning small victories around the world, while Smoker has only had a handful of pathetic displays in Punk Hazard.
That being said, don't think I'm a Coby fan by any means, since I'm not liking the direction Oda is taking him either.

" Since Ennies Lobby, Koby has been showcased", how cute, Smoker has been showcased since Loguetown when Koby was still cleaning the toilets, and he also appeared in Alabasta/Marineford.
Also, let's not pretend Koby only cameback in Reverie during Post-TS so stop with this "routinely showcased" lol. About PH, we already know that Oda can simply retcon an character powerlvl lol.

Coby has done shit more recently and at length, whereas Smoker's successful plotlines are relegated back to Alabasta; PH was not a good arc for Smoker, and ever since he's done nothing (other than the one panel with him dragging the cube out at sea), while Coby has had the SWORD development, the Rocky Port incident connection with both BB and Law, the incident with Boa, became Garp's official successor, and unlocked CoC against the FV's crew.
There is no comparison between Smoker's and Coby's portrayals post-timeskip.

I think whatever storylines Oda had planned for Tashigi will either be off-paneled or sped-through, and whatever storylines Oda had planned for Smoker (Roger-Garp like dynamic & anti-Shichibukai honest Marine) were transposed onto Coby and Fujitora respectively, leaving Smoker a hollow character. I don't doubt he will play a role in the future, but I don't expect it to be: 1. neither as big as it was originally intended to be; nor, 2. as big as Coby's.
