Of course unless a sword holds a specific emotional weight, Zoro is always going to ditch aforementioned and take the one that is better. It's the rule that applies to every swordsman though, he isn't cold hearted.

I can see zoro taking nidai but shusui is already black and I dont like the idea of zoro having a blade which he himself did not blacken

Hiyori already gave Enma to Zoro in exchange for Shusui though. I doubt Hiyori would ask for it back, and Zoro seems to like Enma so I doubt he'd offer to give it back either.

Plus if Zoro manages to blacken Enma by the end of the arc, he has an even stronger claim to the blade than the Kozuki kids.

The only way Zoro gets nidai is giving up Enma, which doesn't make sense, or losing Sandai. That's kind of a weird idea but it's just a little weirder to imagine this upgrade being introduced and just left behind.
