Doriki only measures the physical strength and bounty doesn’t equal the power lvl. Or do you think that Usopp was stronger that WCI Sanji or is currently stronger than Franky?

Zoro oneshotted Kaku, Lanji needed 500 hits. Jobra is later seen carrying an unconscious Kaku. Queen is literally a nobody to the point where he has to be scaled to Yonkou levels with durability above Kaido for them to make sense of their fanfics. :saden:
