Zoro oneshotted Kaku, Lanji needed 500 hits. Jobra is later seen carrying an unconscious Kaku. Queen is literally a nobody to the point where he has to be scaled to Yonkou levels with durability above Kaido for them to make sense of their fanfics.

Doriki only measures the physical strength and bounty doesn’t equal the power lvl. Or do you think that Usopp was stronger that WCI Sanji or is currently stronger than Franky?

Explain how Jack and Katakuri enrolled similar bounties and how Zoro's bounty is similar to Luffy's Pre Skip One when Post Skip starts.

Different crews. Within a crew the power dynamic is measured by bounty.
Zoro is going off of his Dressrosa bounty, that isn't current Zoro. Luffy only became 500 million in Dressrosa, 500 to 320 million is an accurate ratio.
Also we do not need the same frame of reference to give us an idea of relative strngth the same way we need for external crews.

Doriki doesn't work like that.
Kaku's technique relied on the leverage of his long neck, not his base stats, and was impractical for real combat.

King and Queen are more like Mr. One and Mr. Two than Kaku and Jabura imo. Additionally, Zoro also faced (and permascarred) your man worth 4.6 B.

Some elements point towards Zoro >= Sanji (bounties, doriki, wings, etc.), others towards Zoro >> Sanji (e.g. all similarities with Luffy). So, putting it all together, it turns out that Zoro is stronger than Sanji by a decent margin, neither too wide nor too small. Adv CoC may have widened the gap though.
