kaido and big mom essentially meeting their end in some offscreen magma explosion ( it appears they were indirectly murdered)
zoro's dynasty and visit to ryuma's grave wasnt explored .. like at all
yamato barked so much about leaving , her character didnt develop at all and she ended up staying anyway.....

if carrot hops on the ship , joins the strawhats after having 1 chapter dedicated to her getting off screened by perospero , theres nothing left for me to say.

The arcs after wano will at best be like WCI or a flop like Wano but not great as Zou

Character flaws are liked when the character is written well and executed. One piece is just filled with plot convenience, not characters. It's been like that from the start and has been getting more and more ridiculously more shit.

How do you know it's being done as a joke? You haven't even read the chapter yet.

That's the irony. There are no opposing force in Wano, which IS THE POINT. That is the grim reality of Wano whose borders haven't been opened yet, because they are very limited.

Oda is a very intentional guy. This is the same guy who started act 3 in 958 and ended it in 1057 (exactly 100 chapters). Oda does every things with an intention (minus the fake out deaths, which he did since Syrup Village when Kuro "killed" the butler).

I mean we only have the summary paneling and how the scene is laid out is very important in understanding the subtext of any given scene. Also just because no character currently opposes the view doesn't mean there won't be people who do in the future. We are gaurenteed to be returning.

Yup, the plot conveniences are getting extremely noticeable now. The biggest example of this was Shanks coming to Wano’s shore just to scare an admiral away and leave, complete pointless lol
