I don’t think any HK is falling in Elbaf.

They are. What's the point to introduce a group of 13 or 8 (minus the gorosei) if they won't fight the SHP. They are the perfect villains for this arc. All SHP need to grow up.

Luffy vs Shamrocks or Domi Loki is really possible tho.

Shamrock vs Zoro sounds more interesting but i guess Oda wants his Luffy vs "Saint Shanks"

I don’t see a way how Oda could write Imugunko out of the picture and replace him with Shamrock. Shamrock is dealing with other things right now and Imu is literally at Elbaph by possessing Gunko.

Likely shamrock wont return back in elbaf. If he returns, gimmicky swordsman like him is always reserved for zoro. Godfy always goes for the strongest here which is Imunko, and he will beat the Imu out of Gunko which kaido, Wb, BM, roger, garp and xebec couldnt do it together.

While the new supreme commander of the GK hasn't been revealed since Garlic upgraded, I still see Shamrock as a Dragon hypetool. Oda will give him some feats and statements that show he's a top tier level before Dragon packs him in his first real showing.

Doflamingo ≈ 2B unfrozen

Saturn ≈ 3.5-4B
Kaido ≈ 4.5B

Warcury who likely is the top Gorosei ahead of Venus (lets see about Garling with new powers) is the only one Luffy hasnt figured out how to beat.

If Shamrock is to out do that lot he needs to be at least in that 4-5B ball park (Saint Shanks holding back not creating chaos but rather keeping peace is 4B).

So its plausible but the power creep and bounty inflation doesn't sit right with me. But... who am I kidding. Its always like this in manga.

If Shamrock is the real deal he will be around 4-5B. Otherwise he will be around 2-3B and Luffy will say something about "there are tons of guys down here at the blue sea stronger than you in the sky" like he said to another God (Enel).

Yeah I wonder if HKs have bounties. I assume he'd be 4B just like Saint Shanks.

The advantage Shamrock has though is that Luffy has a weakness to cuts/sharp attacks. This has been stated a lot of times. Him fighting a swordsman will be something else.
