This is just going to lead into our old discussion of whether Garp has COC isn't it ?

Anyway Zoro may have been foreshadowed to have COC.

many people have it .... but advance CoC is as rare as it can be

Shanks , Zoro and Mihawk SHOULD be close in any term of power .... I'm willing to say Mihawk and Prime Zoro are better swordsman and better CoA users .... but gap is reasonable

while

Shanks CoC should be far above Mihawk ... 100 to 0 ....
and don't forget .... Roger CoC ~ Gura Gura
Shanks CoC should be almost as strong


with this .... I have no fucking idea how Mihawk can be above Shanks .... or even Zoro .....


I would agree to otherwise when

- Advance CoC proven to be weak .... NOT LIKELY AT ALL
- Mihawk have Advance CoC .... NOT LIKELY AT ALL

Wait, you think the guy who kizaru trolled is shanks leveled? Ben Beckman is probably the weakest yonkou first mate, though the average of shanks crew is higher than the average of other crews.

I think 2 people have it FOR SURE : Roger and Shanks
I think 3 people might have it : Xebec (90% sure) , Garp (51% sure) , Dragon (40% suer)

Xebec .... he is just the right type for it ....
Garp ... I would say yes .... unless .... with JUST COA ... he can't be comparable to likes of Prime Beard .... like it don't even make sense
Dragon .... this man is future leader of the world ... enough said .... i don't think Dragon is a legendary fighter like Mihawk ... but his will should be strong

yes ... cause Garp have SUCH MASSIVE HYPE that I would say even Kaido didn't break yet

his CoA can be on a whole level above anyone who ever lived

but problem is .... Shanks and Mihawk are comparable to each other in swordsmanship therefore COA ... nothing suggest gap should be too high

when I say I'm open to Zoro > Shanks it don't means I think Zoro will get Advance CoC .... it means even his CoA can be Garp level and make up for it or something like that


so yes ... good deduction btw ... but there are reasons to believe Garp overall Haki > Shanks overall Haki
but ... there is just not the same hype around Mihawk Haki to be that high above Shanks without CoC

and vast majority of commanders are coming from the fact that they are commanders of a Yonko
so you can be commander level .... but with MUCH less Bounty .... cause you are om your own
Sabo who is no.2 in RA and was commander level had 602 ....
let alone people are not part of any big army

As far as I can tell, in the current story, Luffy's COO is much better than Sanji's, Luffy's COA is much better than Zoro's, and Luffy COC is actually pretty bad compared to his COO and COA.

So I'm pretty sure that quote no longer holds and hasn't held since Dressrosa.

Yes. Oda stated that Luffy is a CoC specialist, Zoro CoA specialist, Sanji CoO specialist right off the timeskip. Right now, Luffy's CoA and CoO surpassed both Zoro's and Sanji's but it should get back to Luffy's CoC, Zoro's CoA and Sanji's CoO at the end of the series.

Haki specialty doesn't mean you're the best in the world with that specialty, it means you are specifically best at that specific haki. Don Sai is a busoshoku specialist, vergo is a buso specialist, katakuri is a haoshoku specialist (all haoshoku users are haoshoku specialist), luffy is a haoshoku specialist, jozu is a buso specialist, enel is likely a kenbunshoku specialist, etc.

It means it's your PERSONAL best, it doesn't mean that you're better at it than anyone who doesn't specialize in it. Zoro's buso > zoro's kenbunshoku. Sanji's kenbunshoku > sanji's busoshoku. Luffy's haoshoku > luffy's busoshoku and kenbunshoku. It however DOES NOT mean that luffy's kenbunshoku and busoshoku can't be better than sanji and zoro's

Oda seemed to forgot that bounties exist

None of the F6 got bounty reveal
King had 3 introductions and still no bounty
We already saw Mihawk after Shichibukai disbandment and still no bounty

After the yonko bounties were revealed it's hard to get hyped about anyone else's
Maybe Dragon can get me hyped again but i don't really care for anyone's bounty other than Marco and Beckman
