Maybe it's just me, but I don't see any prophecy connected to Santoryu. Hiyori thought Zoro was a random samurai from Wano, then concludes he's an outsider. Likely because she saw him perform some totally bizarre and different sword style. If there was any prophecy about him she knew, she'd have just told him.
