Young Shanks and Mihawk used to have duels with no clear winner ( Equal attack power ). However, Shanks lost his dominant arm, which means he lost half of his attack power.
Both grew stronger afterward, but the conclusion is:
Prime Mihawk with a black blade >> Prime Shanks with two arms (no black blade) >> one-armed Shanks (with half the attack power of two-armed Shanks).

โข Two armed Shanks's attack power is : 100%
( Two arms and no black blade )
โข Prime Mihawk's attack power is : at least 150%

One armed Shanks 0.5 shotted Kidd who was one of the team of two to beat BM.
Yet Mihawk has an attack power at least three times stronger than one armed Shanks. ๐
