Fuji literally helped the Revs in Marijoa freeing the slaves, so we have already an answer about that and about his morals.
As for the Seraphims, we already did this and I have already pointed out that no one in OP shares that mentality. Vegapunk was a friend of Luffy, Luffy considered him a good person and still was the creator of this "child salves".

Fuji can have morals, but he’s still pro WG. He even talked to Sakazuki after the reverie and said how he is cool with the WG and how they all need to put faith in these child slaves.
