She needs to be removed from this arc
To me it's obvious that here main purpose her is just to nerf Kaido, i hate that though

And I think that the final battle will not happen at Onigashima but at Kuri or at the Flower Capital so the people of Wano can see Kaido and Orochi's defeats.

Marco solves a few problems but he is not on a Yonko level. If Admirals or at least one more Yonko don't show up Luffy is screwed.
Maybe Shanks's words indicate that he may show up which will be followed by Blackbeard catching interest and we will have God's Valley 2.0?

I expect the marines and perhaps even Weevil to come spice things up.
We will also surely not be deprived of seeing Orochi's epic Enel-face upon discovering that Komurasaki is none other than Hiyori and also to see another meeting between Big Mom and Tama, with Tama being perhaps the Mr Satan to Linlin's Majin Buu, not counting Tama using more of her mochi balls to turn a maximum number of Smiles users into her servants.

Drama wise, it would be more interesting if Luffy loses again but with better results and learns awakening in the last two weeks.
Considering how Oda loves to involve civilians into a conflict and Wano is clearly Japan... I don't think he is gonna pass on that occasion making every village and regions rebel.
Onimaru ( the fox on the bridge) protected the graves of Ringo all alone so I can't see him not being involved in the final battle.

Dont know if will be a major defeat for the Alliance, but i think at least a final battle between Kaido and Luffy will happens in Wano mainland.
But what the OP say makes sense, especially about Tama, she has a connection with Ace and a fruit that is very usefull against Kaido crew, would be strange If Oda just forgot this and dont use her for something.
There's the point about Nidai and Zoro to, but could be that he just broke the Sandai in the fights and get Nidai by the end of the Arc.
The Poneglyph in the basement was the thing that i think is most mysterious by now, i think Oda is setting up something related to it, the ability of making them that the Kozukis have and Momo.
We have Yamato to, that we know nothing but seems that he's gonna be very important in the what gonna happen in the raid. O personaly think he will be somehow the key to Kaido defeat.
And there is the plot of open Wano borders, i think in one of the magazines have been some infos about Wano and the Ancient Giants, could be that Wano Layout was made by them to be isolated and by the end of the arc the country will be in the sea level because some short of destruction.

For my opinion, the raid could still potentially fail but I wouldn't be shocked if the alliance is actually successful.
