I think his might be too for being a member since subordinates bounties do get inflated depending on the captain. Tho with cross guild just being formed idk how that works

Imo I think if mihawk did make a crew with the goal being a yonko I think his bounty would be 4.6 to 4.8 billion. The Marines gave him 3.6 at it's core because of how strong he is. If he gained a yonko level crew, started expanding territory, actively start fighting the WG, and started making a big impact on the world. Then he would have the highest bounties ever.
