Compared to One Piece standards, YES. Compared to other series, NO.

Roof Piece was good, but chapters before that were trash.
All those wasted chapters on recruiting allies resulted in nothing. How did those foot soldiers help in the raid? Red Scabbards, Jinbie, Zoro and Sanji had to take care of Beast Pirates' fodder.

OP 2021 was 5/10 for me.
Again, it gave birth to more questions than answering previous ones.
1) Luffy's fruit being special
2) Lunaria
3) Oni race
4) Why Kaido is in Wano/Why Wano is special
5) Shanks' relation to WG
6) Fate of Rev. Army

The editor that told to hold chapter 1000 for Luffy to reach the rooftop should be fired,
I am just watching what King did after destroying Sanji until his fight with Marco.
King completely disappear,.... it is like Oda didnt know what to do with King during the chapter from 990 to 1000.
Queen was bussy with his ice demon game, but King?
Oda didnt know what do to whith the right hand man, Marco was busy with Big Mom.
Oda didnt want to start a clash with Zoro which was also in the dome (what a bad choice, Zoro clashing with King in the chapter from 990 to 1000 was the best choice, but Oda didnt have the gut to do so)
