The only 2 that don't have irony with their powers is Kuzan and Sakazuki.
Kizaru is pretty slow speaking and methodical yet he has one of the fastest if not the fastest fruit in the series.
Kuzan is very chill and laid back which fits ice
Sakazuki is very intense and eruptive like a volcano

Akainu has been described as having a heart of ice despite being a magma man/walking volcano too ofc.

There is something I've wanted to talk about this actually, I think his DF can provoke/force humility from others. Like at Dressrosa, how he could make people be crushed by the overwhelming weight of gravity, you could attune that to guilt/sins/regret/shame or whatever symbolically. Or even just showing humility and obedience/servitude. Like being forced to kneel before somehow due to the gravity pushing you down? If that makes sense?
Kira in Bleach had a similar thing going on.

I kind afeel Anubis's judgement of who may enter the afterlife fits here to, with weighing your heart vs a feather, with your heart being lighter than a feather and thus "safe" to enter the afterlife if it was "free of sin" but if it commited any sin/guilt, it would be heavier than the feather and you would be rejected?
There was a character in the final arc of Bleach who played on this concept too I believe but I feel it would have suited Fujitora really well, with his DF that can force you to kneel and humble yourself before him and be weighed down by the "gravity" of your sins, in a more literal as well as symbolic way ofc. Also with his perspective of "moral/blind justice" too.

I got you. Black horse as in a beautiful black stallion... And the irony is in his rather plain design.
Also his name and "plain, formal design" might also be a hint that his character might be a lot more interesting than he really appears, a "dark horse" so to speak:

I just realized....the new admirals have pretty ironic powers given their personalities. Fujitora is(imo) the kindest of all admirals, but his power is all about crushing and destruction, bringing down even meteors that can vaporize large areas, while Aramaki is competing with Akainu for the rank of most cruel admiral but his power is all about life, wich is generally associated with good things like pureness and beauty.

Doflamingo thought himself a God above everyone, was brutally brought back crashing down to earth literally by Luffy and humbled by him.
A blind Admiral is the one who sees the most truth, the most corruption, is the most sincere Admiral. Even choosing to blind himself purposely due to being unable to bear witness to such atrocities in the world and set himself out to try to prevent/change them for the better.
A personal one I noticed too, Ace had a tattoo saying ASCE, with the crossed out S added in as a tribute to the believed to be dead Sabo ofc. Sabo was alive this whole time unknownst to Luffy and Ace and Ace died without ever knowing Sabo was still alive out there, Sabo also lost his memory tempoarily due to his coma or whatever and couldn't remember his brothers and such momentarily but Ace and Luffy never forgot him either. Sabo was unable to save Ace but maybe could have tried to if he had his memory back sooner?
Now I think about it, its crazy that Ivankov and Inazuma are Revolutionaries and we didn't get to see the Revos conveniently show up to Marineford too to help. Oda said Shanks wasnt meant to show up, that it wasnt planned but an editor's suggestion/request, so I wonder what the original ending for Marineford would have been? How would Luffy and co got away? The WB pirates make a final stand and sacrifice themselves to help Luffy and others get away? Revolutionaries show up to stop the war and help Luffy and co escape, with Luffy maybe going with them for the timeskip?
