He's barely a character.
Everything Sasuke does is pretty well established in the manga. Even wanting to be hated by the shinobi world is emulating what he saw Itachi do.

Yes he is well stablished...as an angsty moron that acts purely on "who I need to kill now" for most of the series. And him emulating Itachi is proof of that since he came to that plan after 1 conversation with the dead kages iirc and its stupid since Itachi's "plan" required fucking genocide and the guy that wanted that anyway ended up as a damn kage, not to mention how Itachi being a good guy was stupid in the first place
