Myotismon was indeed very cool, and also dark, he brought a level of darkness and direness never seen before in the series, only matched by Piedmon.

But Etemon was so fun, so comedic, and yet so badass with him being so quirky only to wipe the floor with the Digidestine as soon as he fought using just his hands.

I could see a villain in One Piece like Etemon, a narcissist who sees himself as a top superrockstar and who unlike most wouldn't care about the One Piece, seeing himself as far above the Pirate King already and more than a match for the Straw Hats when it comes to shouting and boasting.

And like Etemon and Getafix his singing and music would be nightmarish, to the point that he would be the only one capable of inspiring terror to the M3 and people like Roger and Whitebeard, due to how dreadful his singing and music are.
