Before Reverie I started making a list of the remaining plot threads that need to be addressed and I stopped mid way because it was getting too long and I thought nobody would read it.

And after Reverie there were maybe 10 new plot mysteries that were introduced so the list is even bigger now.

Knowing how Oda writes and what he chooses to focus on I'd say 8-9 more years is my best estimate right now.

Most definitely. There are too many plot lines for it to finish in 5 years.

Might make a thread on it later, but I highly doubt Oda is finishing the story in 5 years. He promised to get us into Wano in 2017 and we all know how that turned out. 5 years for Oda could be 7 years in actuality. Still, assuming he somehow manages to do it, I'm not sure how much will be cut. Oda's still expanding the story instead of closing plot threads. Getting a satisfying ending with everything he's established in that time frame seems unlikely.

Oda always likes to end the volume with a cliffhanger for Volume-only readers

After the digital sales started becoming more significant and print sales started dropping, the volumes settled at around 2 million sold which is still pretty amazing. I expect 95 to sell around 2 mil as usual.

I am opposed to anybody besides Luffy and Zoro dying. Those two can die because they had the best (relative) childhood among the crew and have no goal that can take them beyond the final War.

Rest have had (well, except Brook but he is already dead) horrible childhoods and deserve happiness in life.

Luffy beating Kaido was always plausible. And I have no problem with it. I don't think it will happen, but if it does, it won't be something new.

We've seen it before. The villain one-shots Luffy the first-time and eventually gets beaten by Luffy some chapters later.

I'd prefer Luffy/Zoro team-up, but it is not set in stone.

It is because we had different expectations.

Wano arc is the 2nd or 3rd last arc of OP.
It makes sense for the war to be the greatest

Oda will be showing and telling us about other characters (Revo Navy Warlords Vega) when each act ends... or even during cover pages.

If BM is falling here too.
Then only Teach Akainu Imu are left. Imu probably falls to Dragon .
I feel like Akainu will come to wano with Kizaru and possibly GB.

This means Akainu might even get beaten by Sabo after wano.
While Teach gets beaten by luffy.

We are having infos on laugh tale, void century, roger rocks in this arc. Then rest of void century infos at laugh tale arc.

I believe Teach is getting the hidden RP,

I personally think that for the "death" part, it's either that Usopp is gonna die (cause of the foreshadowing with his lies) or all the Straw Hats will die except for Brook OR Luffy will be executed in the end.
