i just realized this. lets say if the next chapter act 2 ends or the next few chapters, then hiyori is free to p,ay her guitar again. and the news that is spread throughout wano will be the kaido and BM allience which will make people go HA!!!! in conclusion, it will be a repeat of 924

The thing with hiyori playing is last time she did was in flower captial as some event was getting organized. It was joyful atmosphere even if it was at superficial level.

As of now, hiyori is more into the raid.

But we know fire fest is coming up. And, since hiyori won't participate in direct confrontation, she still be playing role. And, what's best then participating in fire fest and playing that instrument again.

In short, act two will end in the beginning of fire fest

I dont see Katakuri being totally fine after his defeat especially if we consider how pissed BM was when Morgan exaggerated Luffy win.

I think it will be half of Alliance meeting , and the rest it will swtich to Hiyori and maybe Neko arrriving in Wano.
