Sanjino's potential is higher than Luffy's.
But sure, he has been lagging behind Zoro and Luffy quite a lot in post-TS but in EL he was comparable to Luffy.

Hell memories can be stronger than Killer attack but it still won't do jackshit to Kaidou because of how things work.
Killer attack targets insides with sound shockwaves, sanji do no such things.

Jabra isn't even the character to use internal destruction against.
Iron body makes the entire body rigid unlike Haki which only works on outer layer.

Even though Zoro is fightning Sommer and Sanji is fightning Killingham and both need advCoC to be defeated Oda will still find way to make the gap between both opponent very large.

Sommer even without Omen survived Rayleigh named attack (Sword of Beyond), at least 2 named attack from Gaban with advcoc infusion, luffys Dawn Thor Rifle and strongest G5 move so far only behind Barjing Gun.

That was Sommer before Omen, Now Sommer hs Omen.


There is also awakening, killingham already using his awakening while Sommer hadn't show anything like that yet

That tell you how vastly endurant Sommer is now compared to before.

Whatever attack and haki Zoro use will have to be way stronger and on a larger scale.
