After the events in Wano, I am sure that Yamato would join the Straw Hat Pirates just like how Oden joined the Whitebeard Pirates in Chapter 964. In the latest chapter, Yamato stated that she wants to go onboard Luffy’s ship. Luffy said he will remove the Shackles from Yamato. Luffy always does what he says and he never breaks a promise.

Once the events in Wano is finished and once Yamato is on board with the Straw Hats, we would also get to see Carrot join the crew as well. Carrot would join the Straw Hat Pirates just like Nekomamushi and Inuarashi joined the Whitebeard Pirates in Chapter 964. She would stow away just like what she also did after the Zou Arc when she hides on Luffy’s backpack in Chapter 823-824.

Now for the final Straw Hat member, we would get to see who would join them on the next arc. The next arc would probably a follow up on the events of Levely. As we all know, Wano is a closed country, communicating with the outside world is not likely to happen until the war is over. After the events of Wano, someone might tell Luffy about what happened in Levely. There are three things that we can decipher from Chapter 956:

• Someone died as stated by Morgan on his news and Wapol knows something that happened during the Levely and he might be a witness.
• Something happened to the Nefertari family as stated by Garp when he was talking to King Neptune and Shirahoshi.
• Something happened to Sabo that shocked the Revolutionary Army.

In Chapter 908, the Gorosei are having a conversation with Im-sama and they are talking about a “Great Cleansing”. Pictures of Luffy, Vivi, Shirahoshi, and Blackbeard were shown but it seems that only the picture of Vivi is still not ripped off.

This means that Vivi is the current target since she is in Mary Geoise at that time. The Nefertari is one of the 20 families that formed the Word Government years ago but they are the only ones that did not stay in Mary Geoise. Maybe Im-sama and the Gorosei see them as Traitors that’s why they are targeting them in their “Great Cleansing” project. So the question is who died?
Im-sama or the Gorosei ordered the CP-0 to kill Vivi. They failed to assassinate Vivi but this somehow resulted in King Cobra’s death. The CP-0 retried to kill her but Sabo saved her, the World Government knew the connection of Vivi and Sabo with the Straw Hat Pirates that’s why they framed them with the death of King Cobra.
Just like Robin, Vivi would go to the Revolutionary Family while the events of Wano is happening. She would be training under Sabo for a while. Once the events of Wano is done, Sabo would help follow the Straw Hats. Alabasta would be controlled by the World Government since their King is gone and no one would take over, Vivi would also not return since it would be dangerous for her to go back in Alabasta. She would join the Straw Hat, Luffy and the Crew would accept her. In Chapter 216, Vivi asked the Straw Hats if they will take her as a NAKAMA if they meet one day and the Straw Hat raised their arms with the X mark saying that they would. This is a huge foreshadowing by Oda that Vivi would really return and join the crew permanently.

Remember the DF Straw Hat Number Theory? gomu gomu = 5,6; hito hito = 1,10; hana hana = 8,7; yomi yomi = 4,3. People at the time suggested this would make Bartholomew Kuma, Nikyu nikyu = 2,9 the next straw hat, and Oda laughed it off, but did make it seem like the SBS question asker was on to something. Well, I spent way too long looking at all the different ways to pronounce 9 and 2 in Japanese, and mixing them together, and then seeing what words they could make, and I didn't get too many. "給" and "球" can also be pronounced "Tama." We don't know her Devil Fruit yet because it would probably spoil this. Tama is the next Straw Hat, imo

I don’t think straw hats would invite momo or tama. Join the crew. There been a lot opportunity in the past where kids indeed help luffy and rest the straw Hats even had ability that none straw hats actually had at time but through out story they never join. Heck if we go punk hazard for example where luffy was wanted to take The kids back home with them on there ship. Robin and Franky shut that down they had there own problems they are dealing with. Nami even trust tashighi and smoker look after the kids. The reason why momo and kinemon went luffy first place it’s because wano is not ally to world government. Knowing the fact when they defeated Kaido there is going be much more bigger Obstacles that await them. Is going to have ripple effect all cross the new world. In others world there it is likely there going be danger that lurks around corner. Knowing The goal of wano is to open boarders Momo wouldn’t have similar life style like father did. On top if some the remaining Scabbards if they do live they could train him to become man he is going to be. He doesn’t have join Notorious pirate crew to get what he truly desires. Now that wano open to world he could travel and train to his hearts content take in the lessons he got from the straw hats. For Momo And tama they don’t contribute much of anything for other characters. There just a liability and restricts the straw hats overall progress that made thus far on there journey It also goes against the two years worth of training that straw hats have been through trying help each other To become better for luffy. If Momo and tama are not going fight anyone there just GoIng to be in the way. Most likely be will be killed or danger constantly in the process. Let those kids stay there ass is home I would rather have someone who is a strong and is capable of fighting. Rather than someone I want baby sit. Roger and whitebeard at least had a lot man power to take care children. Luffy by contrast doesn’t have that many people. Plus this also different area too. His ideology of being a pirate doesn’t come from Roger. It comes from shanks. Luffy wanted To join shanks pirate crew. Shanks simple said because he is child and was consider to be week. Heck luffy no longer follow ace he is own captain now with his crew. Ace, sabo, and luffy had there journey. Momo or tama don’t help Luffy surpass shanks one day at all

Shanks was likely an orphan, so was BB. Linlin's kids are her own, she mates like there is no tomorrow. Kids on Doflamingo's crew were all orphans/abandoned children (Sugar, Monet, Baby 5, Law, Buffalo)
Neither Tama or Momo are orphans/abandoned. They have people who take care of them and actually care about them.

But this different area from previously generation. Shanks and even Ben Beckmann said to luffy that he was young and they also understood the danger that lied ahead. Like through Out story there plenty kids who help straw hats multiple times but never join. Luffy wanted take the children Back Home in punk hazard. However, Robin and Franky said they have own problems there dealing with right now. Heck Nami trusted tashigi and smoker to take care of kids in punk hazard. I highly doubt that straw hats would approve kid joining them especially when yonko like kaido taken down. That creates even more danger for them. Having child to much of burden and restrict them from there overall progress. The kids don’t contribute much anything is best for them stay there asses where they belong.

Since they skipped celebration for the Jimbe, Im sure of it that we will have at least +1 member at the end of Saga. Who knows, maybe Oda will fill all spots for the crew in one go.

Yeah, 4+4+4 and mfmm. But I believe oda will loose it a bit by counting yamato as a man (oden). So we could end up with 2 females.

One big problem with Carrot is she's lacking heavily in character development and she's been irrelevant in all Wano. There's no chance that shitty character is joining..

Also this is not really a Theory, its more just you giving your prediction on final Strawhats than anything else..

I believe that we'll get 13 in total.

Final plot centric (role) on the last 4:

- Helmsman and lookout position are good for completing the common ship position/role

- If the final arc will have naval battles, I guess we need additional crews that can turn ordinary ship into battleship. A combatant artilleryman/a combatant cannoneer. Yamato could do it if it's okay to have 2 combatant. Zoro has attack name " ... Pound ho/phoenix/canon" tho

- if the final arc will have a confrontation to celestial dragon because they're not rightful ruler of the world then I think a noble (king/queen/prince/princess) is a good addition to the crew or vivi could just comeback

- But I also think that one more genius is necessary to uncover the mysteries regarding devil fruit and its tree. A subject that is out of chopper's and franky's major. a botanist/biologist/scientist should be perfect addition
