Yeah, let’s quibble over a word or two when we have Zoro taking a flying leap and coming at a Yonko with a powerful sword. I’m sure the transliteration of one panel negates the pure fact that it’s ZORO ATTACKING KAIDO AND BIG MOM TELLING HIM TO AVOID THE GUY. Y’all really, REALLY need a second hobby outside of One Piece.
We need to clarify something it’s not just “Viz” but the translator of Viz.
Stephen Paul.
Why ? If people haven’t been around One piece for a long time and just hopped in recently you wouldn’t know the history.
Way back when people would get the Japanese scans and read along with Stephen’s translations - Stephen even gets raved by the Japanese audience, to me and anyone who doesn’t 100% understand Japanese, Stephen’s translations have been the closest to what Oda is trying to rely.
Apparently you need someone to explain to you how social media works and who the Viz translator is.
I guess being able to engage with official translators is considered fraudulent for some reason.
Btw aren't you the guy who after getting trolled because of the Smoothie/Marco spoiler said that you had enough and left the forums...but here you are...
I remember when I, @Erkan12 and some users were calling Viz out or saying ViZ isn't the gospel of translations... they exaggerate or translate like they want.
@Erkan12 only says Stephen Paul isn't the gospel and shifts between fan and official translations when it suits his hatred towards Mihak and Zoro. If he were a flat Earther, he'd cite the hammer spring gun scene from the 4kids dub.

Even in the worst case scenario Big Mom would have still been meant to particularly refer to Zoro's AP since he was the one about to strike Kaido off and she asked Kaido to watch out at the very least.
