Maybe this Grim Reaper allowed Zoro to become even stronger and more badass than ever.

Zoro and the reaper might come into some agreement. Like killing kaido and therefore getting a second chance to live. If the grim reaper is the real one, he will probably have some powers.

A another possible solution is that zoro might give his beloved sword sandai kitetsu away to the grim reaper so he can live.

One thing for sure is that zoros journey didn't end in this arc. He has still something to do and thats ZKK my friends.

it fits with Pluton being some kind of god from the Underworld, and we know Pluton is on Wano and might be supposed to stand for some kind of "battleship"

I had that theory some weeks ago that the volcano on Wano could be some kind of "canon" and that it can be utilized once the "borders" are open.

I think we won't have to wait long until we get reveals with that
