I would say Netero. His dead was totally iconic and in his lifetime he trolled Killua to the point where Killuah gave up.

I think the choice here is quite subjective, so everything can be fine, and I like Netero a lot, but I think WB is more badass and a better character too. But that old bastard Netero is awesome.

It should come down to WB and Netero, probably Netero. Never watched Bleach so no idea about Yamamoto, Roshi is average as badassery. Other mentions could be King Bradley or even Gendo from Evangelion even if that is different from the usual shounen badassery.
