Questions & Mysteries The Mystery of Page One

Yes it does if it means they continue it. Will Luffy runaway next time when they have serious fight with each other? No. Will Sanji cook for evil enemy with no advantage to it unlike saving his friends with last one? Nah.

Taking one action and twisting it doesn't prove it when later they didn't do it again and those were reasons behind it.
:sus:
So you admit Sanji cooked for the enemy...good that's all you need. Let's end there and agree to disagree

I didn't hate it but it was essentially just Oda telling an assistant to draw "a cool dinosaur for six pages"
Well firstly, Oda draws everything that moves. Secondly, just remember that this arc is so big that Oda is trying to tell a massive story and wrap up 400 chapters of storytelling. Page One is a miniscule portion of that.

Really what he was trying to do was hype up Sanji's raid suit. Just from the way Page One disappeared, you can almost certainly say he will be back. In fact, most of Kaido's top fighters havent even been revealed yet.

Yes, Sanji is strong against someone like Page One, but Page One may be the weakest of the Flying Six. There are 4 left and Drake read through Sanji's moves twice, so they probably are no joke.

Then there are the numbers, whom are probably higher ranking than the Flying Six.

Basically, just wait for the war for everything to pay off. We are about to get 50-60 chapters of fighting.

I'm starting to lean on the idea Drake disposed of P1. Drake was secretly a Marine, therefore his priorities were to the laws he enforced. Since he had been on Wano, he likely didn't receive word that Germa were labeled outlaws by the WG. Thus, he viewed Sanji as royalty that needed to be protected. And maybe even questioned on his own terms not Kaido's.

However, for Drake to successfully do it discreetly, I imagine P1 was heavily injured by Sanji to where Drake could easily take him out without alerting attention. They are both Ancient Zoans, after all. Even if Drake is stronger, a battle between him and P1 would garner attention.

He cooked to save his friends which BM couldn't be stop and trying to 'overpower' her looked BS. She still Yonko and arc wasn't about taking her down since early start. Compare it to Impel Down with Luffy unable to beat Magellen in that mindset. He did cook for his friends as she save their lives if it wasn't for it to escape from her.

Can't see him easily killing off T6H just like that especially Hawkins was by his side and to not notice something was off about him. It feels like it wouldn't fit much at all especially Page One just because he lost to Sanji, doesn't mean he is fodder who anyone can beat, I feel it could be something more to it than that especially Beast Pirates would have notice since him joining their numbers have disappear.

So...you don't think Sanji injured P1 bad enough to where Drake can kill him quietly?

That is possibility that could happen, but what about Hawkins by his side since he did inform them both and they usually are together, so to do killing blow that quick and Hawkins not notice would be odd since he seems like type of guy to see through people.
Hawkins is loyal to his cards at the end of the day. If for whatever reason he deemed it better to let Drake dispose of P1 without informing others, he would let him do it. Something like that happened with Hawkins freeing Law's crewmates simply because he didn't want to take the chance that Law would kill him.

That is possibility as I forgot he trust the cards more than anyone, but wouldn't the cards predict a future betrayal on his side if he did knew since Drake turn on PO. What's stopping him doing it to him? Feel Hawkins still be cautious about it.
