The problem I have saying that page one was defeated is the complete lack of any evidence to support that statement. We saw Sanji attack page one but we never saw the aftermath.

Oda could have easily shown a scene with page one unconscious on the ground or had Drake make a comment about his defeat. Neither was done so I have to ask a question, why is that. Oda never seen to have problems showing or having some type of information to support characters were defeated in the battle in the past so why didn't he do it now.

How is evidence missing? The evidence is there, you just don't accept it.

drake got rid of him . bec of he was hindrance to Drake about informing navy . made same thing to your hawkins too . throw him to law's arms and drake got rid of one more hindrance such as Hawkins . now he is alone , can camuflage himself such as chasing runaway prisoner to inform navy freely and nobody from bp or shogun army will suspect about it

It is very weird. Something must have happened but it doesn't seem like Sanji even cared. I guess he just defeated Page One? and Oda does not think he is too important to bring him back.

I do think the logical assumption is that Sanji defeated him. It is just with the recent reveal and the fact that Drake never mentioned Page One which is what prompted the thread.
Also how did Drake find out that Sanji was called Soba Mask? The only people who were around when Sanji revealed were law, Ussop , Franky and Page One

Logical assumption is Drake . They supposed to be assasins which have been sent to get rid of soba mask . Page1 was nowhere near to be assasin but looks like drake succeed on that and got rid of page1 without noone notice. Taking him down and injuring from blind spot is enough tho . Bp higher ups will torture Page1 bec of he failed on mission and it will give time to drake which he needs.. it is answer of why oda is postponing situation of page1.It exposes Drake's identity . Seriously , if he would been taken down by sanji , it would be elucidated already .

Lol, the only reasonable explanation is a headcanon while something infront of us happening "Sanji: if I don't finish this fast, the town will be destroyed unlike this suit" and Boom big attack, and dino is screaming behind. And yet, the reasonable logical explanation is that someone else finished Page1 and not Sanji!
