I dont think that is enough to make him a sword god, i know that no one was able to kill him and if zoro will it will be impressive but the title sword god should be a better one then world's strongest swordsman, plus ryuma was known as sword god only in wano so that doesn't mean he was the strongest in the world.

Yeah because Kaido would be the first antagonist that gets what he wants. 🌙
The daughter herself wants her father dead so there is 0 problem there.
He will be arrested and he will escape again like the other times and voila! Wano 2.0.

As a Zoro-fag, I'm quite sure that he's gonna kill Kaido and become the new Ryuma, Demon of the blade Zoro.

In monster, Oda's previous manga, the hero Ryuma defeated one of the strongest swordsman on earth, said to be as strong as "King", the real number 1. After defeating him, Ryuma slayed the Dragon in the city, becoming the SwordKing.

Moreover, don't forget that Enma sword means " Dragon slayer ".

So for me, Zoro has 100% chance of cutting Kaido's head at the end of the raid.
