The biggest problem is when for instance Zoro downplayers tend to ascribe Zoro's performance on the rooftop as the best he could achieve against Kaido ignoring the Hakai aftermath.

Enel for example. Was he not a tyrannical ruler? After he was defeated by luffy he did not wait until he left to start unleashing havoc on the people of sky island.

He left and did not rule over any other island.

He became an explorer.

Anyways he tried to slay Kaido and failed. Luffy sent him down to the live floor and we all know how loyal zoro is so he won't dishonor luffy and himself by ignoring luffys commands
