Depends what you mean by feats. Actual "brute force" feats, no, but it's a Crocodile like situation imho.

Rocks pirates are just to much. They he at the very least 2 of the strongest characters ever already in rocks and a near prime if not prime wb. Then shiki should be around his prime with bm being right near him or right under him. Just these 4 would be a massive problem and 1 could argue is enough to definitely beat onigashima alliance without Yamato and X Drake. Even with them added these 4 likely still handily win.


Post wano and current forms of alliance do better but still likely lose. Just looking at wb if he's unleashing full power quake attacks stacked with adcoc any on those moves are going to 1 shot most anyone in the alliance. Go on top of that with rocks bm and shiki attacking and it's just for to much for these characters. This isn't to mention luffy the strongest of the alliance is on a time limit where he would be able to fight someone like rocks. Just these 4 are enough to win adding the rest of rocks crew is just overkill. Only the eos version of these characters stand a chance at winning.
