Bougya The Rocks Pirates take on the Ninja-Mink-Pirate-Samurai Alliance

Honestly, Xebec would easily wreck the alliance on his own in scenario 1.
In scenario 2, it's a bit more difficult since the alliance got their good PUs, especially Luffy and Zoro. Law and Kidd also showed awakening. However, near-prime WB, Shiki, Kaido, Linlin, dozens of high tiers or possibly 1 or 2 more low top tiers. They also get easily washed.

Open up the question if Kaido alone would do the same in scenario one as example(assuming Luffy wont have G5 and adv CoC in round one). Pretty much I think Kaido would solo the entire alliance in round one.
Xebec would do the same.
Round two is different since everyone have their powerups.
Still Xebec is a different beast, above Kaido and Linlin and the alliance barely won with powerups.
Adding Whitebeard,Linlin,Shiki,Kyo,Kaido,John and co doesn´t make it easy either.
To be honest no one defeats the Rocks pirates, none yonkou crew or other alliance, either the shichibukai.
Only group who defeats the Rock pirates are the Navy who are stronger in number and more higher top tiers.
Xebec would do the same.
Round two is different since everyone have their powerups.

I feel like Teach will end worse than his father who had at least a fair spirit leading all people like Whitebeard and co.

Shiki's power-level is completely unknown btw. The tenth film isn't even canon and we have no bounties.
God Valley was 38years ago and Roger is said to have reached Laugh Tale roughly 25 years ago.
Roger and Newgate were probably at their peak around the latest date.
WB was probably not at his peak during his Xebec years. He probably was at best somewhere like between admiral and yonko level.

The problem with Shiryuu: He is not someone to be the strongest, he is not someone who magically became a high top tier.
We not speak about a regular top tier, we speak about Whitebeard, who stands above other top tiers like Kaido and co.
And let be honest here, you think current Shiryuu could match guys like Kaido/Roger?
Teach/Xebec make sense since Teach is Luffy opponent, but the others doesn´t fit in.
Whitebeard was peaked with everything, insane strength, insane haki and insane df.
And now look at Shiryuu, who almost got knocked out by a basic throw of Old Garp.
Shiryuu df is not even close to Whitebeard df.
I can´t imagine Shiryuu to be strong as Whitebeard, not even with a second df.
Same counts for the other Blackbeard pirates, no one is gonna replace monsters like Shiki,Linlin or Kaido...
They gonna lose to guys like Nami,Usopp and Jinbe in the end...
And the reason is clear why, Whitebeard and the others didn´t had counterparts in Roger crew, they directly RIVALED Roger himself. There is a reason why Whitebeard,Linlin and Kaido fought Roger and Garp and not anyone else, they been legends on their own, while Sanji and Zoro counterparts will never rival Luffy as example.
We can´t compare Rocks crew with Teach crew.^^

I get what you mean, but, at the end of the day it is a Shonen manga. Primebeard can't be the best forever. Imagine if Majin Buu remained as the strongest Dragon Ball villain or Goku remained as the strongest Dragon Ball character after becoming a Super Saiyan. It doesn't make sense.

Oda still hype the past Old gen to another level, he never made a old Legend lose directly in a 1on1 battle without getting nerfed. Oda has a clear powersystem and im be honest, Shiryuu has only one meaning, to be Zoro enemy, nothing less, not a big role in new world, not any big meaning for One Piece in general.
