Unless Ichiji somehow has something up his sleeve (which I doubt) that can rival the power of HM (Not heat as RS is immune to fire), then Ichiji full power is at most around equal to DJ Sanji/RS Base Sanji.

I have a good feeling that he will in this arc. And I think the one he's going to be angry for is Nami. Maybe King would threaten to torture her or something of that nature, or in another scenario where Queen pervs at her. Either way I think it'll happen. Fingers crossed.
