I prefer Kizaru, they have similiar fighting style and both are based on speed. You also need very good CoO to counter his speed.

It would be cool to see Sanji defeat an opponent that's faster than him, but I think Green Bull's going to have a Mythical Zoan that's both fast and durable, so Sanji will have to improve both types of haki if he wants to win.
