So, now that I found this and don't have to make tons of threads with my ponderings. About the Raid Suit Awakening...
Anyone else wonder if it was purposeful or not? Like Reiju states that Judge was looking for Sanji pre-TS. As was confirmed by bounty hunters going against Duval. But that can't be for the wedding plans that come later. As both on FI and Zou (before Bege comes in to kidnap him), Pekoms and the Egg guy both saw Sanji and said nothing or even acted like he was wanted.
Up until that point (I was binging PH/DR recently in the anime) and I noted even the newspaper that Monet holds up about them being back post-TS, Sanji is not caught in the public, his head is turned and only hair shows. Not only bounty posters, but any news papers or plot (always stealth) had Sanji unknown to the public eye by Oda. Thus hinting he was wanted for far longer than that.
Yet again, FI if it was for the wedding, those two didn't say a thing despite knowing what to look for (close to the drawing, same name.) So... if not for wedding, why was Judge looking for him? If it was to fix the failure (I mean he's arrogant enough to not just give up) why didn't he force the modifications on him while he had him stuck with him? If it's for something else ... what?

Probably same reasons, forced marriage or something similar,
because even when they got sanji back he had no other value for them, even Pudding said at least give me real prince, they didnt really care about him and judge already gave up imo

Shot in the dark, but maybe it wasn't complete and needed some sort of more recent DNA or something? He did immediately get put into a duel where he was made to bleed conveniently. It also wasn't something that was done the original way, so maybe he didn't know how it would turn out and didn't want to risk him getting a powerup that would help him escape without the forced to obey part or not.

Is this the most recent episode?The anime really shows how wasted Queen was by Oda - all he did was shooting laser at Sanji for 30 minutes that never landed a single time...would have been 10000 times better if Oda focused on his physical strength, which had the most impressive feats, like the Brachio bomber, Brachio-Snake etc.
It's just boring as 90% of this fight is just Sanji dodging his lasers. Sanji's 2 clashes with King were already much more interesting than his fight against Queen for the past few episodes lol
