Sanji saying he wants to be Stussy dog came out of nowher. Atleast when Sanji said he's Nami slave to zues there was some setup of sanji being jealous of the attention zues was getting from zues and Nami called zues her slave.

But yeah the nosebleed stuff in FMI was too much

Like in my opinion this just makes Sanji's serious approaches much more significant and better, he wouldn't be the same without it.

Because you can tell when he is playing and just having fun, and when he is not, which makes these moments to hit harder imo

Not surprisingly thats how most shonen main characters act (and most people tend to like it, i just don't know if that goes the same for Sanji for the most part cuz well he is not Luffy, and there is a constant Zoro vs Sanji bickering everywhere)

This guy puts gags where they don't belong...
Makes a significant moment with the wings and then proceeds to give jimbei a higher bonus than sanji
Gives sanji a great character moment against queen and robin but still acts the same way without evolution...
He could have given him back his character of chivalrous character but no
Sanji is still my favorite but I'm less and less satisfied with this shit

We shouldn't understimate Sanji's knowledge about that kind of stuff, thats what most people do by calling him a mere simp

Lol, you fuckers are breaking over a mere 1 panel little thing?
Come on now.
We know Sanji doesnt shine every arc and, with the aditions of multiple straw hats that all need moments to shine as well, Sanji inevitably gets less panel time.
Think of this as a Sabaody type of arc where Sanji didnt do much.
He sent a Seraphim flying, mamaged to save Edison just like Zoro managed to save Lilith.
Oda didnt forget the "Wings" or anything.
And about the bounty, dont forget that all former shichibukais got a huge bounty update. Sanji having the 4th highest bounty is a thing since his first bounty. Its nothing New and never changed the fact he was the 3rd strongest SH.
I think WCI might have spoiled y'all a bit. Lmao

There are only 3 arcs Oda went overboard.
Return to Sabaody
Fishmen Island (these two are explained due to the timeskip in kamabakka)

Thats it. After that, Sanji's gag is the same its ever been.
Y'all need to go re read pre TS.
Sanji is lovey dovey heart eyes "simp" ever since Baratie when he first laid eyes on Nami.
