Is Oda setting up a Sanji vs Kizaru 1vs1?

That wouldn't end too well for Sanji obviously, he can't beat the big boss, but Oda never forgets to properly hype him against the big bosses of the arcs, doesn't matter how it goes... They always realize quickly how much of a threat Sanji is
