Tbh, I used to ship SaNa, but seeing Sanji interact with Pudding as a more or less normal human being kinda swayed me to their side. I know that in Oda's story nothing is going to happen anytime soon, so the age gap doesn't seem that horrible to me (I dated a 21-year old when I was 16, albeit briefly).
At the same time, it's OP, so if Sanji ends up running a mermaid cafe in All Blue with pretty waitresses and not tied to anyone in particular, I won't flip :)

It’s not insanely complicated but you can look at Sanji/Germa relation ship and its quite basic storyline, better than any SH but nothing too great either
Either Sanji relationship with his brothers in the end of WCI
or Sanji fairing during Queen fight and Osome being hit : ended up at Sanji just fairing a little and Osome being hit by Queen and not by Sanji at all
So I don’t expect Oda to explore Evil Sanji at all or Full soldier of science Sanji
